Reporting Serious Electrical Incidents

Section 12 of the Regulation requires that a distributor notify ESA of any serious electrical incident within 48 hours. The Guideline for Reporting Serious Electrical Incidents clarifies what should be reported, how it should be reported and has a template for reporting the information to ESA.
